One moment you’re planning for the future life you’re creating. The next moment, it’s gone. Nothing can prepare you for the words “there’s no heartbeat.”

I hated myself.
I hated my body. How could it fail me like that?
I hated that the world continued on like nothing had even happened.
.
It felt like everyone else was living life in technicolor while I was stuck in an endless sea of grey. Somedays, it felt like the grief might actually consume me.
.
If you’re walking through this darkness, know that you’re not alone. My DM’s are always open. I’ll be right there beside you. ❤️ It may not feel like it right now, but you’ll see the sunshine and rainbows again, I promise.
